Meredith Koch is an actor, singer, musician, and writer. She is a recent graduate at the University of Memphis, with a degree in English/Professional Writing and emphasis in Theatre and Film. She has a passion for performing and a lifelong love for music and drama. She received her first guitar when she was nine years old and her first theatrical debut at the age of ten. She wrote and directed her first play at age 15.
When she’s not on stage, Merit serves on the Board of Directors for the Byhalia Area Arts Council (BAAC) and directs the Margaret M. Grow Arts and Drama camps. In 2011, she earned her Congressional Gold Medal Award for her volunteer work within the community as a co-founder of the Byhalia Area Arts Council (BAAC). Merit has a passion for the arts and enjoys spending her free time encouraging others in literary and performing fields.
